SPHERO™ Gold Nanoparticles
Spherotech’s technique for synthesizing its gold nanoparticles enables control of particle size, shape, and monodispersity. As a result they’re often used in a variety of applications including life sciences diagnostics, imaging, and therapeutics.
- Gold Nanoparticles – for protein and oligonucleotide adsorption and surface modification
- Biotin Gold Nanoparticles – for use in conjugation with streptavidin-labeled reagents like antibodies or proteins for lateral flow
- Streptavidin Gold Nanoparticles – for use in conjugation with biotinylated reagents such as antibodies or protein for lateral flow immunoassays
- T25 DNA Gold Nanoparticles – used in the detection and identification of oligonucleotides
- Custom Gold Nanoparticles – available as aptamer, antibody, scFV, PEG & DNA coated gold configurations upon request
